Regular Attendance
Consistency is key to mastery. If a student needs to miss a class, parents should inform the coach in advance.
Leave Policy
Leaves must be informed in advance. Only long, pre-planned leaves (vacations/exams) may be considered for fee exemption.
Trainer Assignment
Classes for the same batch may occasionally be conducted by different trainers from the PriyaRang Academy team.
Class Environment
Students should attend classes in a quiet, dedicated place with minimal distractions for maximum focus.
Device Readiness
For online classes, ensure a stable internet connection, charged device, and updated apps before the start time.
Batch Optimization
Ratio is 1:4 for younger children and 1:6 for older students to ensure personalized attention and growth.
Tournament Focus
We highly encourage participating in tournaments to gain practical experience and resilience.
Student Achievements
Photos of students receiving prizes or participating in academy activities may be published on our website to celebrate their achievements. If any parent or guardian prefers that their child’s photo not be displayed, they may inform the academy and the request will be respected.
Fee Policy
Fees paid through the website are processed through secure payment gateways. Any applicable transaction charges will be borne by the payer. Fees are generally non-refundable once paid. Access to classes will be provided only after successful payment confirmation. Monthly fees must be paid in advance to ensure classes continue without interruption.
Course Duration
Course duration may vary depending on the student's age, learning pace, and level of self-practice.
Class Duration Policy
1:1 and 1:2 classes are usually 40 minutes per session. Group classes run for 1 hour per session, with weekly 2 hours of training (8 sessions per month).
